This License Agreement governs your use of any sound effect, preset, transition, or other digital file (each, a "Product") purchased from SKOR Creative at skorcreativepacks.com ("we," "us," "our").
By downloading or using a Product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Product.
1. What you are buying
You are buying a license to use the Product. You are not buying the Product itself.
We retain all copyright and ownership. What transfers to you is permission to use the files in the ways described in Section 2, and nothing more.
The license is:
- Non-exclusive — we license the same Product to other customers.
- Non-transferable — it belongs to you and cannot be sold, gifted, or reassigned.
- Worldwide — you may use it in any country.
- Perpetual — it does not expire, as long as you comply with these terms.
- Royalty-free — no additional payment is owed no matter how many projects you use it in.
2. What you may do
Once purchased, you may:
- Use the Product in an unlimited number of projects, personal or commercial.
- Use it in monetized content — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, podcasts, streaming.
- Use it in paid client work, including work delivered to a client as a finished video.
- Use it in films, advertisements, games, apps, and broadcast.
- Modify the Product — cut, layer, pitch, retime, or otherwise edit it to fit your project.
- Keep using it after your access ends, for projects already created.
No credit or attribution is required, though it is appreciated.
3. What you may not do
This section is the heart of this agreement. The Product may not leave your possession.
You may not:
- Share, send, upload, or give the Product to anyone else — including friends, collaborators, clients, students, or coworkers.
- Resell, relicense, sublicense, or redistribute the Product, in whole or in part, whether for money or for free.
- Include the Product in another product offered for sale or download — including preset packs, sample packs, template bundles, courses, plugins, or asset libraries.
- Upload the Product to any file-sharing service, cloud folder, torrent, Discord server, forum, Google Drive link, or asset marketplace where others can obtain it.
- Share your account credentials or download links with anyone.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the Product, or register it as your own work.
- Register the Product with any content identification system — including YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or any music or audio fingerprinting service. Doing so would cause false copyright claims against other legitimate customers and is a serious breach of this agreement.
- Use the Product in any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content.
Distributing your finished work is fine
You may deliver a finished video, film, game, or audio project that contains the Product to a client, employer, or the public. That is the entire point of buying it.
What you may not do is deliver the Product itself — the raw .wav, .mp3, or .prfset file — as a separate deliverable, project asset, or source file. If a client needs the effect for their own future use, they need their own license.
4. One license, one person
Each purchase covers one individual user.
If you work on a team and multiple people need to use the Product on their own machines, each person needs their own license. A studio or company license may be available — contact us.
5. Downloads and access
Download links are provided after purchase and are time-limited for security reasons. You may re-download your purchases from your account library at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep your library available indefinitely, but we do not guarantee permanent hosting. Back up your files after purchase. We are not responsible for files lost because you relied on our servers as your only copy.
6. Refunds
Because Products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. This is stated clearly before purchase.
We will make it right if:
- The file is corrupt, incomplete, or will not open.
- You were charged more than once for the same Product.
- The Product is materially different from its description or preview.
Contact us at skorcreativemn@gmail.com and we will replace the file or refund the purchase.
Changing your mind, buying the wrong item, or being unable to use the Product with your software version are not grounds for a refund. Check the listed compatibility before buying.
7. If you break this agreement
If you violate Section 3, this license terminates immediately and automatically. You must stop using the Product and delete every copy you hold.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund, and does not limit any other legal remedy available to us — including claims for copyright infringement.
We may also close your account and revoke access to your library.
8. No warranty
Products are provided "as is." We do not warrant that a Product will meet your requirements, work with your specific software version, or be free of defects.
You are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. Listed compatibility is a good-faith description, not a guarantee.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a Product or this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost projects, missed deadlines, or data loss.
10. Changes
We may update this agreement for future purchases. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We will not retroactively restrict rights you already paid for.
11. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Contact
Questions about licensing, team licenses, or unusual use cases:
If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, ask. We would rather answer a question than pursue a violation.
